Who is excited for the Annual Year End Banquet at Blackjack’s Roadhouse, and the first two Rallycross Events of the season? I know that we are!
Banquet tickets are now for sale in our shop. They are $30 each, and that gets you dinner, and door prize tickets. Please invite your friends and family to come and share this awesome meal with you, and see you (hopefully) get some awards or prizes! There will be a cash bar open at 6 pm, and dinner will start at 7 pm. Blackjacks has offered us a shuttle service, if there are groups of 8 people who would like to be dropped off in a common location. Please talk to Mike Thorn to pre-arrange your shuttle if you desire one.
We will be selling our 2017 memberships during the banquet, if you have not purchased yours yet.
Rallycross Championship Events #1 January 29 and #2 February 12 are also in our shop. We will be returning to Roy’s Lake for some exciting and slippery fun!
Also important: We will be having our January General Meeting on January 11th at the ERC Clubhouse. The meeting starts at 6:30, and we will be discussing new bylaws, the future of our rallycross facilities, sponsorship of our group, and other exciting topics.
Our Annual General Meeting will be held on February 8th at 6:30 pm. We will be electing our 2017 Board of Directors, and looking at new bylaws for 2017.
